At Glo on the Go, our goal is to give you a flawless result every time.
We are dedicated to providing you with the best sunless tanning experience. We know that there may be times when your tan doesn’t come out as expected. If you are not satisfied with the result, then we will either give you a credit and come up with a remedy by changing the tanning solution to meet your needs, or give you a refund for the original purchase price. All remedy or refund requests must be made within 48 hours after the tanning session. Refunds will not be given if proper pre and post application care is not taken.
Engaging in any activity such as swimming, showering, or exercising before the recommended time allowed for the solution to develop and be rinsed off (dependent on the solution used).
Use of topically applied substances such as lotion and perfumes are prohibited before or after your sunless tan experience.
